Business Development Executive – SDR for AI & Tech Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on outbound campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, selling cutting‑edge AI and technology solutions across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound cold calls using our proprietary in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects, book high‑quality sales meetings and accurately record outcomes in our CRM.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, adapting quickly between industries.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without heavy reliance on scripts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and fellow SDRs to meet individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, persistence and ability to handle frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive and willing to conduct several hours of cold calls daily.
• Coachability and ability to absorb feedback to improve rapidly.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM onsite at Beirut Digital District.
