Business Development Executive – Recruitment Services (UK Market)

About the role

We are a UK‑based recruitment firm seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to acquire new recruitment clients across the United Kingdom. Working remotely from Lebanon, you will focus on high‑volume outbound outreach to founders, CEOs, HR leaders and hiring managers of SMEs, startups and fast‑growing technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective UK clients.
• Target SMEs, startups, pre‑seed and Series A technology companies.
• Engage directly with founders, CEOs, HR managers and hiring decision‑makers.
• Identify companies that are hiring or planning to hire and introduce our recruitment and executive‑search services.
• Generate qualified leads, arrange meetings and follow up via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and opportunities.
• Achieve weekly and monthly new‑business targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong telephone communication skills.
• Confidence in making daily cold calls.
• Sales‑driven mindset comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers.
• Persistent, energetic and target‑oriented.
• Previous B2B telesales, business development or recruitment experience preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Understanding of the UK business/start‑up market is a plus.
