Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads and set up discovery meetings for the sales team. This role ensures a steady flow of qualified opportunities and smooth hand‑over to Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria and schedule discovery sessions for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity, lead and opportunity records in the CRM system.
• Research target accounts, industries and decision‑makers to support prospecting efforts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on lead‑generation campaigns and meet activity metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or related field.
• 2+ years experience in sales, lead generation, customer service or business development.
• Professional proficiency in English and local language.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Basic Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
