Business Development Associate

About the role

XS, a fast‑growing multi‑asset CFD broker, is looking for a Business Development Associate to help expand its client base and promote its financial products. You will work remotely with a multicultural team, conducting market research and building relationships with prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential clients across target regions.
• Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations and related documents.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Promote XS’s financial products and services to existing and new clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date with daily financial market movements.
• Follow company policies and procedures and provide progress feedback to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude.
