Business Analyst – Automation & AI (Remote)

About the role

Namou Properties is seeking a highly technical, systems‑driven Business Analyst to join its fully remote team. The role bridges data and operations, optimizing real‑estate and property‑management processes through automation, AI, and data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable automation workflows using n8n and other tools.
• Deploy and manage AI agents to streamline business processes, enhance communication, and reduce manual work.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to generate accurate reports and actionable insights for leadership.
• Maintain and optimize internal databases, knowledge bases, and existing automation workflows.
• Analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with JavaScript.
• Proven experience building, troubleshooting, and maintaining workflows in n8n.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating third‑party systems.
• Familiarity with AI agents and their practical application in business operations.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
