Business Analyst - Automation & AI

About the role

Namou Properties is seeking a Business Analyst to drive the design, development and optimisation of internal automation and AI solutions. You will act as the bridge between business operations and technology, translating needs into efficient, data‑driven workflows that support the company’s real‑estate and property‑management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation workflows using n8n and other tools
• Build and manage AI agents to improve business processes and reduce manual work
• Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting and business insights
• Maintain and improve internal databases, knowledge bases, and automation workflows
• Analyse business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation solutions
• Lead automation projects from planning through implementation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Troubleshoot existing workflows and integrations to ensure reliable operation

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with JavaScript
• Proven experience building and maintaining workflows in n8n
• Experience working with APIs and third‑party integrations
• Practical experience with AI agents and business automation
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, data extraction and analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects or own automation/system development
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
