Brand Promoter Operations Executive

About the role

KristiesLab is seeking a proactive and highly organized Brand Promoter Operations Executive to lead the recruitment, coordination, and day‑to‑day management of its promoter and brand ambassador network. You will ensure every activation runs smoothly by matching talent with client needs and overseeing all operational details.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview, onboard, and maintain a database of promoters and brand ambassadors.
• Assign and schedule talent based on client requirements, availability, and project scope.
• Confirm bookings, manage last‑minute staffing changes, and coordinate briefing sessions.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and performance during activations.
• Collect attendance records, timesheets, daily reports, and activation photos for accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, and HR teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with promoters to drive engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, events, or field‑team management.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activations simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, or CRM systems (advantageous).
