Brand Marketing Executive – Pharmaceutical Industry

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Brand Marketing Executive to join our pharmaceutical team in Beirut. The role focuses on building and promoting our brands through both traditional and digital channels, driving growth and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
• Manage the brand’s digital presence, including social media and digital content, and coordinate with external agencies.
• Monitor and optimize digital campaign performance using analytics and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and support field activities.
• Coordinate product launches, medical events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Track sales performance, KPIs, and marketing ROI, and prepare business performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or para‑pharmaceutical brand or product marketing.
• Experience with OTC, skincare, personal care, medical devices, or consumer healthcare brands is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online campaign management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
