Branch Manager (Retail)

About the role

Basic is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Spot Mall store in Saida. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of store employees, set performance goals, and conduct regular training sessions.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and all legal, safety, and security requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or similar retail leadership role.
• Strong leadership, team‑management, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage store operations effectively.
• Proficiency in retail management systems and basic financial analysis.
