Body & Paint Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Body & Paint Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. You will be the main point of contact for customers needing collision repair, bodywork and paint services, guiding them from the initial assessment through to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, evaluate vehicle body and paint damage, and determine service needs.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates in collaboration with technicians and insurance companies.
• Explain repair processes, timelines and costs clearly to customers.
• Coordinate workflow between the workshop, parts department and insurers.
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle insurance claims, approvals and required documentation.
• Perform final vehicle inspection before delivery to ensure quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Advisor, Body Shop Advisor or similar automotive role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair and paint processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven capability to work with insurance companies and technical teams.
