BIM Architect – Architectural Modeling (Revit)

About the role

CIVE Offshore is looking for an experienced BIM Architect to join its Beirut office. You will create and manage high‑level architectural BIM models, produce construction documents and shop drawings, and support multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain architectural BIM models up to LOD 400 using Revit.
• Produce full construction document sets and architectural shop drawings.
• Develop and update 3D BIM models for project submissions and transmittals.
• Create parametric Revit families and project‑specific sheets.
• Prepare BOQs, BIM deliverables, and support 4D/5D model preparation.
• Perform cross‑checks of drawings and models to ensure accuracy.
• Identify clashes and coordination issues with other disciplines.
• Organise project files in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and collaborate with BIM Coordinators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural BIM modeling.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Knowledge of Dynamo (preferred).
• Basic skills in Lumion and Photoshop (a plus).
• Understanding of ISO 19650 or BS 1192 standards (a plus).
