About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Staff Lawyer/Legal Assistant to support our pre‑litigation department. The role requires fluency in English and Arabic and offers the chance to work with a growing personal‑injury law firm.

Key responsibilities

Set up claims, verify coverage and policy limits.
Draft letters of representation, welcome letters and disengagement letters.
Order police reports, medical records, bills and med‑pay.
Send open records requests and non‑spoliation letters using templates.
Generate disbursement sheets and manage case load under attorney supervision.
Maintain clean client records and handle client communications.

Required profile

Law graduate or current law student.
Minimum three years of experience in U.S. personal‑injury law.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (additional language a plus).
Experience working with U.S. legal firms is preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Reliable PC with a wired internet connection.
Noise‑cancelling headset and a quiet workspace.
