TalentPop is looking for a bilingual French and English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our users. Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support through chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service (e‑commerce experience a plus).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
