Beauty Advisor – Skincare & Cosmetics

About the role

Sami Pharmacy in Beirut is seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Beauty Advisor to join its team. The role involves guiding customers through skincare, cosmetics, supplements, perfumery and makeup selections while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting skincare, cosmetics, supplements, perfumery and makeup products based on individual needs and preferences.
• Provide knowledgeable and accurate product recommendations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, product benefits, routines and appropriate product combinations.
• Stay informed about new products, brands, beauty trends and launches available at the pharmacy.
• Drive sales through professional product recommendations, cross‑selling and upselling.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Support the achievement of individual and pharmacy sales targets.
• Maintain attractive, organized, clean and well‑stocked beauty and skincare displays.
• Monitor product availability and communicate stock shortages or demand to the relevant team.
• Support promotional campaigns, offers, product launches and in‑store activations.
• Handle customer questions, concerns and product inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure customers receive appropriate pharmaceutical guidance when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within a pharmacy, beauty, cosmetics, skincare or similar retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and routines.
• Good knowledge of cosmetics, makeup, supplements and perfumery products.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Professional, presentable and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy pharmacy and retail setting.
• Target‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Availability to work the AM shift from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Reliable commute to Beirut.
