About the role
We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Bartender to join our vibrant team in Beirut. You will craft a range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks while delivering warm, professional service to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests, take drink orders, and ensure timely service.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and manage stock rotation.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, supporting the service team during peak periods.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills, able to interact courteously with diverse guests.
- Hands‑on bartending experience in food & beverage operations.
- Basic proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Accurate cash handling and payment processing.
