B2B Sales Executive – African Markets

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to lead our expansion across African markets. Based in Lebanon, you will travel weekly to key African countries, representing a leading international trading company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B sales activities throughout all African countries.
• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market and sales analysis to inform strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and corporate clients.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close deals.
• Handle challenging sales situations professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in export sales to African markets is highly preferred.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Africa.
• Immediate availability or ability to join within two weeks.
