B2B Outdoor Sales Representative

About the role

We are hiring an Outdoor Sales Representative (B2B Services) to work in the field, meeting business owners, generating new opportunities and closing deals. The role focuses on prospecting, relationship building and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to SMEs, restaurants, cafes, clinics, shops, and offices.
• Identify decision‑makers, understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through direct prospecting, referrals and networking.
• Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, negotiate and close contracts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales activity tracking.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B services, insurance, banking, telecom, software or FMCG.
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to approach new clients, handle rejection and close deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable and confident when dealing with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Fluent Arabic with working English.
• Own transportation is a strong advantage.
• Willingness and ability to cover the Beirut area.
