About the role
The Associate Sales Manager will lead a sales team in Beirut, driving growth for Shaar Unit’s insurance and financial services portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on developing strategies, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market opportunities.
- Identify new business prospects and nurture existing client relationships.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and company success.
Required profile
- Strong leadership, team management and coaching abilities.
- Proven experience in sales strategy, client relationship management and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
