Associate Lawyer (Financial Services & Web3)

About the role

Lexyom Law LLP is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its Beirut office. The role supports senior attorneys in delivering legal advice on financial services, Web3, digital assets, corporate transactions, and cross‑border matters for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on regulatory and transactional issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transaction documents, and policy agreements.
• Assist in regulatory analysis and prepare legal opinions for fintech and digital‑asset projects.
• Participate in client meetings, help structure deals, and coordinate due‑diligence efforts.
• Contribute to the development of legal strategies that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to ensure high‑quality, timely service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in corporate law, M&A, and financial‑services regulation.
• Interest or experience in Web3, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and related emerging technologies.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills with attention to risk management.
• Ability to navigate complex cross‑border issues and multi‑jurisdictional regulations.
• Effective communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Qualified lawyer (LL.B, J.D or equivalent) admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction with prior law‑firm or in‑house experience.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Fluency in English; additional languages or regional experience in the Middle East are a plus.
