Associate – Expert Sourcing & Outreach

About the role

Infoquest is seeking an Associate to bridge clients with industry experts. You will receive hands‑on training and be responsible for sourcing, contacting, and qualifying experts to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Research and source experts using LinkedIn, databases and other online tools.
• Conduct cold calls, emails and messages to engage potential experts.
• Negotiate participation, handle objections and secure expert commitments.
• Screen experts via qualification calls to assess fit and relevance.
• Maintain compliance with data security and company policies.
• Achieve daily and monthly KPIs related to outreach and expert confirmations.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of professional experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Effective time‑management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
