Associate – Expert Sourcing & Outreach

About the role

Infoquest is looking for a motivated Associate to join its fast‑growing expert network platform. You will act as the bridge between high‑stakes clients and industry specialists, ensuring rapid delivery of critical knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Research and understand new markets, industry trends, and client needs.
• Identify and source subject‑matter experts using LinkedIn, databases and other online tools.
• Conduct initial outreach via cold calls, emails and messages to engage potential experts.
• Negotiate participation, handle objections and secure expert commitments.
• Maintain daily and monthly outreach KPIs, contributing directly to revenue targets.

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Resilience and confidence when contacting professionals.
• Ability to learn industry information quickly and translate it into sourcing strategies.
