Associate - Expert Sourcing

About the role

Infoquest is an expert network firm that connects clients with subject matter experts on demand. As an Associate, you act as the bridge between clients and experts, working hands-on in expert sourcing, cold calling, outreach and negotiation. The role is performance-driven, with daily and monthly KPIs and a bonus structure that can allow high performers to double or exceed their base salary.

Key responsibilities

• Learn new markets quickly and turn client needs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Sourcing experts using LinkedIn, databases and online tools.
• Contact potential experts by cold call, email and message, and build their interest.
• Persuade and negotiate with experts, handling objections and securing their participation in projects.
• Run screening calls to assess expertise and fit.
• Handle sensitive client and expert information in line with company policies and regulations.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets on calls, outreaches and expert confirmations.

Required profile

• 0-4 years of professional experience; open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Time management and organisational skills for multiple projects.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus points: internships or experience in business, consulting or commercial fields, entrepreneurial spirit, fluency in Arabic and/or French.
