Associate, Commerce Performance

About the role

WPP Media is seeking a detail‑oriented Associate, Commerce Performance to develop and optimise e‑commerce strategies across key retail platforms in the MENA region. The role involves managing campaigns, analysing performance data and delivering actionable insights to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Independently set up, monitor and optimise campaigns on biddable commerce platforms.
• Implement best‑in‑class search structures and daily optimisations aligned with client KPIs.
• Coordinate weekly and bi‑weekly updates with partners and deliver performance reports.
• Use tools such as Pacvue and Helium10 to generate recommendations and build actionable reports.
• Analyse business performance trends, benchmark new campaigns and support quarterly business reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client performance queries and alert clients to competitive activity.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in e‑commerce, e‑retail planning or Amazon Ads.
• Strong understanding of the MENA e‑commerce landscape.
• Excellent analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage finance processes such as PO, BO and invoicing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Pacvue.
• Proficiency with Helium10.
• Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
• Amazon Ads certifications (highly advantageous).
