Social Media Officer – Remote

About the role

Paradox Events & Marketing is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Social Media Officer to join its remote team. The role involves creating and managing content, engaging communities, and reporting performance across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, edit and schedule posts, stories and reels for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, following monthly content calendars.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and audience interactions, escalating issues to Account Managers when needed.
• Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement rates and follower growth, and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, designers and video editors to execute approved campaigns and ensure timely delivery of content.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging social media trends.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
