About the role

PrimeCare Solutions is seeking a motivated Assistant Team Lead to support its Facilities Management operations in Beirut. The role works onsite from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM and involves close collaboration with U.S.-based clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Team Lead in daily operational tasks.
  • Oversee task assignments and ensure a smooth workflow for the facilities team.
  • Coordinate with U.S. clients and vendors to manage dispatching, work orders, and service delivery.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting team members.

Required profile

  • Prior experience in U.S.-based facilities management, including dispatching and work‑order handling.
  • Strong ability to work night‑shift hours onsite.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and vendors.
