Assistant Production Manager – Taanayel

About the role

The Assistant Production Manager will work full‑time on‑site at Tiba Foods' factory in Taanayel, supporting the Production Manager in daily manufacturing operations across several product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff activities on the production floor and ensure schedules are met.
• Monitor equipment performance, track raw material and packaging inventory, and assist in resolving operational issues.
• Implement safety and hygiene procedures and support continuous process improvements.
• Prepare basic reports on production output, downtime, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate closely with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or industrial production.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple lines and shifts.
• Basic knowledge of production planning, workflow optimisation and resource allocation.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards and quality‑control practices.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, food technology, business or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets for tracking output and inventory.
• Experience using production‑floor software or similar tracking tools.
