Assistant Manager – Bubble Tea Store

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in running our Bubble CITEA outlet. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with staff scheduling, stock control and administrative tasks.
• Lead the team and maintain standards during the Store Manager’s absence.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Manage cash handling, end‑of‑day financial reconciliation and stock management.
• Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and uphold “Sunny Service” standards.
• Ensure consistent drink preparation, product quality and allergen compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and equipment functionality.
• Support staff training, assign tasks and drive efficiency.
• Help achieve store budget goals while complying with health, safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a fast‑paced food or beverage environment.
• Natural leader with a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Passionate about people, service and personal development.
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual and eligible to work legally in the UK.
