Area Sales Manager – Cement (Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will lead sales and business development for cement solutions across Jordan, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. You will act as the primary contact for cement plant stakeholders, driving new opportunities and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cement plant stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions together with the technical team.
• Generate qualified leads, develop new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
• Analyze market trends, anticipate competitor strategies and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Perform industrial trials, provide technical follow‑up and support product approval processes.
• Prepare sales, market and trial reports, update the CRM and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including payment collection and daily sales actions tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the cement industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of cement grinding processes; experience with cement additives is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel across the assigned region.
