Architect – Design and Construction

About the role

TTM & Sons is expanding its team of experts and is looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join the growing team. The role involves developing architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients, interior designers, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
• Assist in developing design concepts from initial ideas through to completion.
• Ensure projects meet design, quality, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Review materials, finishes, and technical details.
• Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress when required.
• Contribute creative ideas and practical design solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Previous experience in architecture or a related field is preferred.
• Strong design and technical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A creative mindset with a passion for architecture and design.
