Amazon Marketplace Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Amazon Marketplace Content Specialist to own the creation, management, and optimisation of Amazon listings for our clients. You will produce SEO‑friendly, high‑quality content that drives sales, strengthens brand authority and enhances customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketplace Lead to brainstorm and implement content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Build and optimise Amazon assets such as A+ detail pages, brand stories, picture galleries and brand stores.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from brief to delivery, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s guidelines and client requirements.
• Troubleshoot content‑related issues to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Ensure visual and copy consistency across all product listings.
• Proofread, translate or create Amazon copy that is accurate, compelling and SEO‑optimised.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Amazon content trends, best practices and policy changes.
• Support promotional campaigns by uploading and updating content as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience creating content for Amazon or other marketplaces.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
