AI Product Lead

About the role

Aspire Software is looking for an AI Product Lead to join its team in Lebanon. Aspire operates and manages wholly owned software companies delivering mission-critical solutions across several verticals, with a decentralized model that reinvests in its portfolio. The role is hands-on: the lead builds and ships production-grade AI products while coaching engineers and taking ownership of products end to end.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy production-grade AI products across voice, messaging and conversational AI.
• Stay hands-on in the codebase, coach engineers, run code reviews and raise engineering standards.
• Take ideas from concept to production, owning architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and iteration.
• Develop AI agents using LLMs, tool/function calling, agent orchestration and real-time voice technologies.
• Work with product, customers and leadership to turn hospitality challenges into practical AI solutions.
• Make pragmatic architecture decisions balancing speed, scalability, reliability, latency and cost.
• Integrate hotel property management systems (PMS), booking engines, CRMs and third-party APIs.
• Prototype rapidly, validate ideas with real users and improve products based on feedback and performance data.
