Odoo Project Manager

About the role

Blinkom Solutions designs tailored ERP systems that help businesses streamline operations, from supply chain and financial automation to customer relationship management. It is looking for an Odoo Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo-based ERP solutions, managing scope, timelines and deliverables for multiple clients. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Beirut, combining on-site collaboration with work-from-home flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and configure Odoo modules.
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams and oversee testing, training and go-live.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and manage stakeholder communication.
• Ensure solutions match client objectives and industry best practices.
• Refine processes, document workflows and support post-implementation optimization.

Required profile

• Project management experience and hands-on expediting experience in ERP or operations environments.
• Experience managing Odoo or similar ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and user training.
• Ability to turn business needs into technical specifications and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid organization and time management, with a track record of on-schedule delivery.
• Analytical mindset, using data and KPIs to monitor project performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems or a related field; Odoo or ERP certifications are an advantage.
• Comfortable in a hybrid setup in Beirut; consulting, software implementation or process improvement experience is beneficial.
