Agrobusiness Engineer - School Programs & Business Development

About the role

NatureBeats Lebanon is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Agrobusiness Engineer to develop partnerships with schools and NGOs, secure new school contracts and promote its educational programs. The position is field-based across Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach schools to introduce NatureBeats' educational programs.
• Secure new school partnerships, agreements and program bookings.
• Promote and sell the Full NatureBeats School Program, covering agriculture, sustainability, environmental education, arts, robotics and hands-on learning.
• Coordinate and organize school workshops and educational sessions, and promote indoor and outdoor activities such as field visits and experiential learning.
• Conduct school visits, presentations and meetings with school directors and coordinators.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and activity schedules for schools.
• Follow up with schools, maintain relationships and meet monthly partnership and sales targets.
• Work with the NatureBeats team to ensure successful implementation of school programs.

Required profile

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness or a related field.
• Ability to independently approach schools and secure partnerships.
• Organized, proactive and target-oriented.
• Owns a car and is willing to travel to schools across Lebanon.
