About the role
Amaken seeks an experienced Agricultural Sales Engineer to support a leading agricultural manufacturing company. The role combines a strong agricultural background with practical ruminant livestock experience, focusing on cattle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the livestock sector.
- Visit farms to understand customers’ needs and provide suitable agricultural and livestock-related products.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, offers, and customer requests.
- Provide technical information and product recommendations, monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience with ruminant livestock, especially cattle.
- Previous sales or customer‑facing experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of farm operations and cattle production.
- Customer‑oriented with ability to travel to farms.
- Good command of English is preferred.
