Client Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a technically grounded and highly organized Client Success Manager to join our Beirut team. The role bridges project coordination, client communication, and technical oversight, supporting high‑impact environmental projects across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver consultancy outputs on time and to scope.
• Review expert deliverables for alignment with client expectations and regulatory context.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing communications and progress updates.
• Monitor tender platforms, contribute to proposal preparation, and track pipeline status.
• Facilitate collaboration between clients, internal stakeholders, and expert consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years experience in environmental consulting, project coordination or technical service delivery.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with knowledge of waste management, circular economy or construction design verification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
