Agile Project Management Trainer (Freelance/Part-Time) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agile & Scrum Trainer to deliver an intensive three‑week, fully online course that prepares participants for the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification. The role is freelance, part‑time, and conducted remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online sessions covering Agile foundations, the Scrum framework, and sprint ceremonies.
• Facilitate hands‑on simulations of Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives.
• Teach estimation techniques such as MoSCoW, Story Points, and Planning Poker.
• Introduce Kanban, Lean, and Extreme Programming practices.
• Provide an overview of scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) and their application.
• Demonstrate practical use of Jira and Trello for Agile project tracking.
• Prepare participants for the PSM I exam with mock assessments and targeted coaching.

Required profile

• Active PSM I or PSM II certification (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Fluent English communication skills for live virtual delivery.
• Adult‑education mindset with the ability to make content clear, practical, and engaging.
• Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus is a strong plus.
• Additional certifications (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, Agile Coaching) are welcomed.
