Agency Sales Force Trainer

About the role

The Agency Sales Force Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for our agency sales teams. This role focuses on boosting agents' sales performance through targeted coaching, up‑to‑date product knowledge, and effective customer service techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the agency sales force.
• Develop training content covering sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and insurance fundamentals.
• Coach and support agents to enhance their sales performance and achieve targets.
• Assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and adjust curricula accordingly.
• Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and best‑practice sales methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and coaching abilities.
• Proven capability to motivate and engage sales teams.
• Good knowledge of insurance products and sales practices.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
