About the role

We are looking for an energetic Agency Manager to lead our Life Insurance sales division in Ghazir. The role is full‑time and focuses on building high‑performing teams, mentoring talent, and establishing lasting business relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and retain agents and unit managers.
  • Lead and manage high‑performing sales teams within the Life Insurance division.
  • Drive team performance to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide hands‑on coaching, training, and ongoing performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, ethics, and industry regulations.

Required profile

  • Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional ability to recruit, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Insurance background is not required.
