Agency Leader – Sales Team Management

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Agency Leader to head our sales operations at the Ghazir branch. You will be responsible for building and guiding a high‑performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the branch meets its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants to create a motivated and skilled workforce.
• Design and implement a clear, strategic business plan that exceeds sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve both individual and collective growth.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role, managing and developing teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Residence within a commutable distance to Ghazir, Keserwan‑Jbeil Governorate, Lebanon.
