About the role
We are looking for top sales leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team full‑time. The role offers competitive performance‑based compensation and benefits, and focuses on leading, mentoring, and building lasting business relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and retain Agents and Unit Managers.
- Lead and manage high‑performing sales teams in the Life Insurance division.
- Drive team performance to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide hands‑on coaching, training, and ongoing performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ethics, and industry regulations.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional ability to recruit, motivate, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Insurance background not required.
