Aesthetic Sales Representative

About the role

Promopharm is seeking an enthusiastic Aesthetic Sales Representative to join its team in Jounieh. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on promoting and selling a portfolio of aesthetic products to healthcare professionals, clinics, and beauty centers across Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for doctors, aesthetic specialists, and beauty centre managers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a defined territory, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Gather market feedback, monitor competitor activity, and collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine promotional strategies.
• Represent Promopharm at industry events, trainings, and conferences, ensuring a professional brand image.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation track record with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with healthcare and aesthetic professionals.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in medical, aesthetic, or pharmaceutical sales is highly advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and basic CRM tools.
• Ability to quickly learn technical product information and convey it clearly.
• Strong organizational skills for planning daily schedules, managing territories, and prioritizing accounts.
