Ads Manager – Full‑Stack Paid Media Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Ads Manager to take full ownership of paid media across a multi‑brand portfolio that includes iGaming, mobility, IT services, and consumer goods. This fully remote, full‑stack position involves everything from strategy development to campaign launch and ongoing optimisation on major advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, X, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms as needed.
• Build resilient ad account structures, including Business Manager setup, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, UTM parameters and attribution models.
• Run campaigns for both straightforward (consumer goods, mobility, B2B tech) and restricted categories such as iGaming.
• Optimise budgets, audiences, creatives and bids on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with design teams to brief and iterate ad creatives based on performance data.
• Define clear KPIs for each campaign and achieve them.
• Produce weekly performance reports and monthly strategic reviews.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proven record of meeting real performance goals, with case studies and measurable results.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to detect and address under‑performance quickly.
• Strong motivation to hit KPIs and continuously improve results.
• Fluent English; Arabic or French a plus.
