Admissions Coordinator – Rehab Clinic

About the role

The Admissions Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective clients, families, and referral partners at Balance Rehab Clinic. You will guide them through the enquiry, assessment, and admission process, ensuring a compassionate, confidential, and seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in‑person visits.
• Coordinate client assessments and schedule admissions in collaboration with the Admission Team.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM and electronic record systems.
• Provide clear information about treatment programs, fees, and admission requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality and high standards of professionalism throughout the admissions journey.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and Arabic.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Compassionate, client‑focused attitude with high discretion.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to stay calm and effective in sensitive situations.
• Experience in admissions, healthcare, hospitality, or client services is preferred.
• Flexible working hours and willingness to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
