About the role
MIRATO MEA is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at its Bechamoun facility. The role is full‑time and on‑site, providing essential clerical and coordination services across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with department heads on labor attitudes, production reports, and ISO documentation.
- Monitor consumables, costumes, and stationery inventories; place orders to meet operational needs.
- Obtain quarterly supplier quotations, purchase stationery and factory consumables, and follow up on deliveries.
- Archive all factory and warehouse invoices and generate related reports.
- Review daily employee punch records for 80 staff and correct punching times.
- Receive, organize, and archive daily production reports and HR, maintenance, cleaning, and security documents in line with ISO standards.
- Prepare SOPs as requested by the plant manager.
- Investigate discrepancies in production reports, delivery notes, and utilities invoices.
- Design and print production labels; manage plant key access.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Group Operations Manager.
Required profile
- Experience in administrative or clerical support within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with ISO documentation and record‑keeping procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interact with multiple departments and external suppliers.
