About the role
New Beginning is seeking a full‑time Administrative Assistant to support its Beirut office. The role involves handling day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, answer incoming calls, and schedule meetings.
- Maintain calendars and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, and site visits when required.
- Assist with finance‑related tasks such as invoice preparation, tracking and follow‑up.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors and external partners, and follow up on deliveries and quotations.
- Support project coordination and operational activities.
- Greet visitors and uphold a professional office environment.
- Provide administrative assistance to executive‑level staff as needed.
Required profile
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong clerical skills including document preparation, filing, data entry and calendar management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Experience handling invoices and basic administrative accounting tasks.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and coordinate with external teams.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and common digital office tools.
