About the role

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for managing the company's outgoing payments and ensuring that all expenses are accurately recorded. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial integrity by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Key responsibilities

Track all payments and expenditures, including invoices and statements.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintain a historical record of all accounts payable transactions.
Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly financial reports.
Continuously improve the payment process for efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance.
