About the role

We are seeking an Accounts and Admin Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, building long‑term, trust‑based relationships. The role combines account oversight with proactive business development to grow revenue from existing clients and identify new sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the lead contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop trusted‑advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio.

Required profile

Proven experience in account management or client relationship roles.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
