Account Manager – IT Sales

About the role

The Account Manager – IT Sales will join CIS Group’s sales team in Jal El Dib, driving growth of the company’s ICT portfolio. You will build and maintain relationships with existing clients while prospecting new business opportunities in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing clients by promoting hardware, software and ICT solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups, address client issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals in coordination with the Pre‑Sales team.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in ICT or technology sales; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and French.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Good negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
