Account Manager – IT Sales

About the role

CIS Group, a leading ICT company, is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive IT sales. You will work closely with clients, promote a range of hardware, software and solutions, and help expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients by promoting ICT products and services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups and address client issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals in coordination with the Pre‑Sales team.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in ICT or technology sales; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluency in Arabic, English and French.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
