Account Manager – FMCG & POSM Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to own, grow and retain assigned accounts while developing new business across POSM, retail production, activation, events and exhibitions, primarily for FMCG clients. You will act as the client’s day‑to‑day partner and internal project manager, coordinating factory, design and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and win new client accounts within POSM, exhibitions, events and FMCG production; build a pipeline, pitch capabilities and convert leads into signed projects.
• Plan and run each project end‑to‑end, managing scope, timeline, budget and quality while coordinating factory, design and finance functions.
• Grow share of wallet within existing accounts through repeat business, cross‑sell and upsell; protect and renew relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, handling briefs, approvals, expectations and issue resolution.
• Own account revenue and protect project margin, flagging scope creep, pricing risks and delivery issues early.
• Collaborate seamlessly across the group’s factory, design and finance teams to ensure profitable delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, business development or client service.
• Experience in advertising, branding, POSM, exhibitions/events or FMCG production.
• Proven track record of winning new business is a plus.
